About the App

YGL is a precious metals verification and information app. The App allows users to:

• Scan QR codes on bars
• Enter or verify serial numbers
• View precious metal rates
• Use price calculation features
• Receive app notifications

The App does not require account registration or login for normal use.

Information We Access or Collect

a) Camera Access
The App uses your device camera only for scanning QR codes related to product verification. We do not use the camera for unrelated purposes.

b) QR Code and Serial Number Data
When you scan a QR code or enter a serial number, the App sends the verification request to our server. This may include: QR token or encoded link, serial number entered by the user, verification result, and related product information.

c) Device Information
To support notifications, security, and app reliability, we may collect limited device-related information such as: device identifier, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token, platform type (Android or iOS), and app version.

d) Notification Data
If notifications are enabled, we may use your device token to send service-related notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

e) Usage and Technical Logs
We may collect limited technical logs for app performance, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service security.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Verify product authenticity
• Return product details to the user
• Improve app stability and performance
• Enable and deliver notifications
• Maintain security and prevent misuse
• Respond to support or legal requests when necessary

Because the App currently does not require user account creation, there may not be a user account deletion flow inside the App.
