By downloading, installing, or using the YGL App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

About the Service

YGL (Yahya Gold Lab) provides a precious metals verification platform that allows users to:

• Verify the authenticity of gold and silver products via QR code or serial number
• View live and historical precious metal rates
• Access product certificates of authenticity
• Use price calculation tools
• Receive notifications about price updates

The App is intended for informational and verification purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

No Account Required

The App does not require user registration or account creation for standard use. However, certain features such as push notifications require your device to be registered with our notification service. By enabling notifications, you consent to receiving service-related messages from YGL.

Product Verification

The verification service is provided to help users confirm the authenticity of YGL-issued products. Please note:

• Verification results are based on data recorded at the time of product registration
• A successful verification confirms the product exists in our system — it does not constitute a guarantee of current ownership or market value
• If a serial number has been searched beyond the permitted limit, it may be flagged for security purposes
• We are not responsible for counterfeit products that have not been registered in our system

Precious Metal Rates

Gold and silver rates displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers and are for informational purposes only. YGL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of rate information.

Rates should not be used as the sole basis for any financial, investment, or trading decision. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Certificates of Authenticity

Certificates generated through the App are digital records tied to registered products in the YGL system. These certificates:

• Are issued for informational and verification purposes
• Do not constitute a financial instrument, title deed, or legal ownership document
• May not be reproduced, altered, or used fraudulently

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent verification requests
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App in an automated manner
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Impersonate YGL or any other person or entity
• Interfere with other users' access to the App

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, software, and data within the App are the property of YGL-Yahya Gold Lab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information provided

We do not warrant that the App will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YGL-Yahya Gold Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Financial losses based on rate information
• Data loss or corruption
• Unauthorized access to your device or data

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google) for push notifications and external APIs for precious metal rates. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
